How do I restore my subscription after reinstalling?
Open MedBlitz → go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchases". Your Pro subscription will be restored automatically using your App Store or Google Play account.
I've used all my free AI generations. What now?
Free users get a limited number of AI card generations per device. You can upgrade to MedBlitz Pro for unlimited generations, or create cards manually for free.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → MedBlitz → Cancel. On Android: open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MedBlitz → Cancel.
My data disappeared after updating the app.
All data is stored locally on your device and should persist across updates. If data was lost, it may have been cleared from device storage. Unfortunately local data cannot be recovered once deleted. We recommend exporting important decks regularly.
AI-generated cards contain errors. What should I do?
AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate. Always verify cards against authoritative medical sources before using them for exam prep. You can edit any card directly in the app.
Is my study data private?
Yes. All your decks, cards, and study progress are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to your study data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The app is crashing or not loading.
Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try reinstalling MedBlitz. If it still crashes, please email us with your device model and iOS/Android version.
