By downloading or using MedBlitz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Use of the App
MedBlitz is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may use the app to create, study, and manage flashcard decks for your own learning purposes. You may not use MedBlitz for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
AI-Generated Content
MedBlitz uses artificial intelligence to generate flashcard content from text you provide. Card generation is powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini (primary) and Anthropic's Claude (fallback). AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated cards against authoritative medical sources before relying on them for study or practice.
Educational Tool — Not a Medical Application
MedBlitz is an educational study application designed to help students prepare for academic and licensing exams. It is not a medical application, medical device, or healthcare service. MedBlitz does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Content generated by MedBlitz is intended solely for study and exam preparation purposes and should never be used as a basis for clinical decisions. Always consult qualified medical professionals for any health-related questions or decisions.
Subscriptions and Billing
MedBlitz offers optional paid subscriptions through the App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
User Content
You retain ownership of any text or content you enter into MedBlitz. By using the AI generation feature, you grant ITRN Labs a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating flashcards. We do not store, share, or use your content for any other purpose.
Intellectual Property
MedBlitz and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by ITRN Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on MedBlitz without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITRN Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MedBlitz. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past twelve months.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to MedBlitz at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of MedBlitz after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
