Overview
ITRN Labs ("we", "our", or "us") develops mobile applications for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across all apps published by ITRN Labs. We are committed to your privacy. We collect as little data as possible and never sell your information to third parties.
Data We Collect
Each app may collect different data. In general, our apps store the following locally on your device: • Preferences and settings you configure • Content you create within the app • Usage progress and history We do not create user accounts or collect personally identifiable information such as your name or email address unless you contact us directly.
Device Identifiers
Some apps use an anonymous device identifier (a randomly generated ID stored on your device) to enforce free-tier limits or prevent abuse. This identifier: • Is not linked to your identity in any way • Contains no personal information • Is stored securely on our backend servers • Is never shared with third parties
AI Features
Some of our apps use artificial intelligence to process content you provide. When AI features are used, your input is sent to our backend server and processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic). This content: • Is processed solely to generate the requested output • Is not stored on our servers after processing • Is not used to train AI models • Is not shared with any other third parties Please do not submit sensitive personal or confidential information through AI features.
Third-Party Services
Our apps may integrate with third-party services including: • OpenAI API — AI content processing • Anthropic API — AI content processing • Railway — backend hosting • Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage analytics • Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting • Apple App Store / Google Play — subscription and payment processing • Cloudflare — website hosting and security. May process visitor IP addresses for DDoS protection and performance optimization. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information such as credit card numbers.
Data Storage and Security
Most data is stored locally on your device using secure platform storage. Data stored on our servers is limited to anonymous identifiers and usage counts — no personal data is stored server-side. Uninstalling an app will permanently delete all locally stored data.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
You have control over your data at all times. You may: • Delete your local data by uninstalling the app • Request deletion of any server-side data by contacting us • Contact us with any privacy questions or concerns
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
