By downloading or using any application published by ITRN Labs ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
Use of Our Apps
Our apps are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may use them for your own learning, productivity, or entertainment purposes. You may not use our apps for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
AI-Generated Content
Some of our apps use artificial intelligence to generate content from text you provide. AI-generated content is provided for informational or educational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before relying on it. ITRN Labs makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated output for any particular purpose.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some apps offer optional paid subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or enter into our apps. By using AI features, you grant ITRN Labs a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating the requested output. We do not store, share, or use your content for any other purpose.
Intellectual Property
All ITRN Labs apps and related content, features, and functionality are owned by ITRN Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our apps without our express written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITRN Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past twelve months.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
