By downloading or using Bill Check, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Use of the App
Bill Check is intended for personal, non-commercial use to help you track your recurring bills and receive reminders. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Reminders Are Not Guaranteed
Bill Check schedules local reminders on your device to help you remember upcoming bills. These reminders depend on your device's operating system, notification permissions, battery optimization settings, and clock. Bill Check is a convenience tool and does not guarantee that any reminder will be delivered on time or at all. You remain solely responsible for paying your bills on time. We are not liable for any missed payments, late fees, or other consequences arising from a reminder that did not appear.
Your Data
The bills and other content you enter into Bill Check are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership and control of this content, and we do not access, collect, or store it. Separately, the app sends limited, pseudonymous usage and technical analytics — never your bill content — to our own analytics service, as described in our Privacy Policy. In-App Purchases
Bill Check is free to use. It offers optional in-app purchases ("tips") that let you voluntarily support the app's development. These are one-time, non-renewing purchases. They are not subscriptions and they do not unlock any features, content, or functionality — the entire app is available for free whether or not you make a purchase. All in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are charged to your store account. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm. Because these purchases are voluntary tips that grant no goods or services, they are generally non-refundable; any refund requests are handled solely by Apple or Google under their respective policies. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Intellectual Property
Bill Check and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by ITRN Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Bill Check without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITRN Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Bill Check, including any missed bill payments or late fees. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past twelve months.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Bill Check at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Bill Check after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
