Overview
Partivo ("we", "our", or "us") is a pass-the-phone party games app by ITRN Labs — 20 games you play together on a single device. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and Partivo is built to be private by design. The player names you enter and everything you do in a game stay on your device and are never sent to us. The app sends a small amount of anonymous, pseudonymous usage analytics to help us improve it, and handles the limited purchase information needed for the optional Party Pass. Both are described in full below. By using Partivo, you agree to the practices in this policy.
Information We Collect
Partivo does not require an account and does not ask for personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, contacts, or location. The following is created and stored only on your device, and is never transmitted to us: • The player names you add to a party (your saved "crew") • Your favourite games • Game preferences (sound, vibration, language) • Your progress, stats, level and XP, and which cards you have already seen Separately, the app sends limited, anonymous usage analytics, and processes the purchase information needed for optional in-app purchases. Neither ever includes the names you type or any content from your games.
Anonymous Usage Analytics
To understand how Partivo is used and to improve it, the app sends limited, pseudonymous usage analytics to ITRN Hub (our own analytics platform) and to Google Firebase Analytics. This analytics is not tied to a Partivo account, because Partivo has no accounts or sign-in. What is sent: • A random, app-generated anonymous identifier, created on first launch and stored on your device. It is not your name. • Which in-app event occurred — for example: opening the app, starting or finishing a game, opening the store, or being shown the rate-the-app prompt. • Coarse, non-identifying context for some events — for example the game id, its engine type, the number of players as a range, the round count, and how long a session lasted. Never exact personal values. • Your platform (Android or iOS) and the app version. • For a purchase event: the Party Pass tier, the store product identifier, and the amount and currency of the purchase, so we can total revenue. What is never sent to analytics: the player names you enter, your saved crew, or any content from your games. We use this data for product analytics and to improve the app. We do not sell your personal data. If we introduce advertising in a future version, we will update this policy to describe what an advertising provider collects and how you can control it before that version ships.
Crash and Performance Reporting
Partivo uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to report crashes and errors so we can fix them. If the app crashes, an anonymous report may be sent containing technical information such as the type of error, a stack trace, your device model, operating-system version, and the app version. These reports do not contain the names you enter or your game content.
In-App Purchases
Partivo is free to play. You can optionally buy a Party Pass (a 24-hour or 72-hour pass, or a Lifetime unlock) to unlock premium decks. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and managed through our payment provider, RevenueCat. When you buy or restore a purchase, RevenueCat handles the transaction and receives the product identifier, a transaction identifier, the price and currency, and a random anonymous app-user identifier — so entitlements can be restored on your devices. We never receive or store your payment-card or bank details; those are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
Data Storage and Security
Your crew, favourites, preferences, and game progress are stored locally on your device using secure platform storage, and never leave your device. The only information the app transmits is the anonymous analytics and crash reports described above, and the purchase information needed for optional in-app purchases.
Children
Partivo is a party game intended for a general and adult audience, and some optional premium decks contain adult and suggestive content that is gated behind a purchase. Partivo is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Services
We rely on the following service providers, each with its own privacy policy: • ITRN Hub — our analytics platform, running on infrastructure provided by Supabase • Google Firebase — Analytics and Crashlytics • RevenueCat — in-app purchase management • Apple App Store and Google Play — app distribution and payment processing These providers process only the limited data described in this policy.
Your Rights and Data Deletion
Your crew, favourites, preferences and progress are stored only on your device and are permanently deleted when you uninstall the app. The data that leaves your device is the anonymous analytics and crash reports, and the purchase information handled by RevenueCat and the app stores. The analytics is pseudonymous and not linked to your identity, and uninstalling stops any further analytics from your device. To request deletion of purchase or analytics data, email support@itrnlabs.com with the subject "Data deletion" and we will process your request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or for legal reasons. Any material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use of Partivo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
