Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Partivo ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Partivo is provided by ITRN Labs ("we", "our", or "us").
The Service
Partivo is a pass-the-phone party games app: a collection of games you play together on a single device. It is designed for local, in-person play — there are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no online multiplayer. You are responsible for the device you use and for the people you choose to play with.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Partivo for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sub-licence, rent, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or content of the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
In-App Purchases
Partivo is free to play. You may optionally purchase a Party Pass to unlock premium content: • Party Pass (24 hours) and Weekend Pass (72 hours) are time-limited, one-time purchases. They do not auto-renew — when the window ends, premium content locks again, and you may purchase another pass. • Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks premium content permanently on your account, and can be restored on your devices. All purchases are billed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) using your store account. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. You can restore previous purchases from the store screen in the app.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Partivo lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the app to harass, harm, or offend others, and you are solely responsible for the names you enter and the way you and your group play. Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its services.
Mature Content
Some optional premium decks contain adult, suggestive, or "spicy" party content and are intended for an adult audience. By unlocking and playing this content you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are playing with a consenting adult group. Play responsibly.
Content You Enter
Any names or text you enter (such as player names) are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for that content and confirm you have the right to use it. We do not review or moderate locally-stored content.
Intellectual Property
The app, its design, its game content, and all related trademarks and materials are owned by ITRN Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app or its content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Partivo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ITRN Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date, and continued use of Partivo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of ITRN Labs, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
